Giugiaro's masterwork — Corvette V8 in an Italian GT body. The most underrated GT of the 1960s, now finally getting recognition.
History
Renzo Rivolta (who made Iso refrigerators and the Isetta bubble car) hired ex-Ferrari engineer Giotto Bizzarrini and young Giugiaro at Bertone to create a grand tourer. The result combined a reliable Chevrolet V8 with Italian styling and Bizzarrini's racing expertise. Only 413 were built, making it exceptionally rare.
