1. About Auto Heritage

ECAH (European Contemporary Automotive Heritage) is a non-profit association operating the digital archive at autoheritage.eu. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the archive

The Auto Heritage archive is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes. You may:

• Browse and search the vehicle archive freely
• Reference Auto Heritage data in academic or editorial work with proper attribution
• Share links to archive entries and journal articles

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download archive content for commercial use
• Reproduce archive content without attribution to Auto Heritage
• Use the platform to facilitate vehicle sales or transactions
• Misrepresent Auto Heritage data as your own research

3. Content accuracy

Auto Heritage strives for accuracy in all technical specifications, production data, and editorial content. We source data from manufacturer press releases, verified databases, and expert contributors. However, we cannot guarantee that every data point is error-free. If you identify an inaccuracy, please report it through our contact form.

4. Vehicle valuations

Estimated value ranges shown on archive entries are editorial assessments based on recent auction results and market trends. They are not appraisals, investment advice, or guarantees of market value. Auto Heritage accepts no liability for decisions made based on these estimates.

5. Intellectual property

Editorial content, heritage narratives, and data compilations on ECAH are the intellectual property of the association. Vehicle imagery is sourced from licensed providers and used under their respective terms. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used on ECAH for identification and editorial purposes only.

6. Contributions

By submitting content to Auto Heritage (corrections, vehicle data, photography, editorial), you grant Auto Heritage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and modify the contribution for the archive. You retain ownership of your original work. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.

7. Limitation of liability

Auto Heritage is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The association is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, reliance on archive data, or inability to access the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the newsletter. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
